TransTwo will consult and negotiate with all the stakeholders involved with your event/operation – such as the Police, Local and National Highways Authorities, local residents, local businesses and land owners –
to ensure that plans are clearly communicated, developed and agreed.
Top line budgets are produced, detailed plans prepared, including CAD drawings of all Traffic and Transport Management Requirements. Submissions to the relevant authorities with any requisite formal applications, e.g. for Temporary Traffic Regulation.
Final plans are submitted for approval and, once approved, become the blue print for service delivery. TransTwo executes the approved plans by means of traffic accommodation operations that implement the temporary traffic deviations by means of temporary traffic management equipment, according to the SARTSM manual and National Road Traffic Act.
The Consultation and Planning service can be delivered as a stand-alone service if required, although it is usual for TransTwo to be retained to deliver against the plans in conjunction with its other services.
